And the last is factor is heredity. Gen in your body that derivable from your parents is one of the clue factors from bad cholesterol.

  • Hypercholesterolemia
  • Hyperlipidemia.

So, you have know about high cholesterol and now you must understand which one cause the big killer disease in the world. High cholesterol not just caused by what you eat, but also from many factors like your body from make self cholesterol. Your body will make cholesterol from what you eat. So, to avoid risk from high cholesterol you must know exactly what you eat. Because food that your consumed affect very quickly for the formation of cholesterol in your body.
